When you leave the company
When you leave the company, you also leave the insurance you have been involved in. If you want an offer for individual death risk and/or disability insurance complete the form on this page.
How does the insurance work?
What you need to know about your insurance when leaving the company:
- Your insurance remains valid until your last day with the company, but at the earliest 14 days after you receive this notice.
- If this notice is sent after you have left, the insurance will still be valid for 14 more days. In any case, the insurance will end no later than two months after your last working day.
What happens if you start a new job with similar insurance?
- In that case, your previous insurance will end immediately.
Your rights to continue insurance coverage:
- You have the option to purchase a new life insurance and/or disability insurance from If without providing new health information. This also applies if your coverage is reduced.
- Any co-insured spouse or partner can also obtain individual life insurance without providing new health information.
- N.B. Please note that the price for continuation insurance is based on age and will therefore in many cases be higher than the price the individual company has through its collective company insurance.
Important deadline:
- To take advantage of this right, we must receive the form below within six months after your workplace insurance ends.
- Once we receive the form, we will send you an offer.
