How to proceed if you need to cancel a trip
Contact the airline or tour operator first
Cancel the trip where you bought it (for example, airlines and hotels) and check what you can get refunded. What you do not get reimbursed, you can apply for a refund on the travel insurance.

Have this clear when you seek compensation:
- BankID / BankID on mobile.
- Birth number (11 digits) of everyone you apply for.
- Agreement number if you do not own the insurance yourself.
- Amount / receipts for what you want replaced.
- Information about what you may get refunded by the airline / tour operator / hotel.
